To celebrate its 70th anniversary, the Italian shipping company Costa Cruises has dedicated an exclusive trip to the members of the CostaClub.

There were about 3,000 loyalty program members for a 12-day trip, sailing through the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean. Selected 18 different countries to be traversed on board the Costa Pacifica.

Having as main attractions, they had the gastronomy of two great chefs, the Frenchman Christopher Adam, of the confectionery, who attracted attention by its colorful pyramid of three meters of ecler – also known like bomb of chocolate. And the Italian chef Bruno Barbieri, with his famous dishes and the presentation of his new menu exclusive to the ships of the Coast.

The other important highlight was the concert of the American singer Gloria Gaynor, singing its main successes as I Will Survive and Never Can Say Goodbye.

The highlight of the 70th anniversary celebration was when Costa Cruises president Neil Palomba cut the cake.

Already there is a date for the next trip dedicated to the members of the CostaClub, with a trip of 16 days, leaving from Amsterdam towards Great Britain and Ireland, leaving on April 20, 2019.
