212-year anniversary of the Battle of Slavkov (1.-3. 12.)

At the beginning of December, supporters of Napoleon Bonaparte will meet near Brno, the Moravia metropolis, in the village of Slavkov or Brna, where an event will be held to remember the event that has influenced Europe for a long time. The main part of the program will be the presentation of the battle under the hill of Santon that will be held on Saturday, near the village Tvarožná. Even for anyone who is not a fan of European history, it is worth a two-hour trip from Prague to Slavkov, because the battle show will be truly pompous – about 1,000 soldiers in uniform at that time will be involved in this battle, as well as 60 horses and 15 cannons.
