Free movie event promotes inclusion in São Paulo

Begins next Monday (19), at 10am, an intense week of outdoor cinema, totally free and inclusive. The outdoor cinema will have sessions for the whole family and will privilege the national production, especially in the gala, which starts at 6pm Monday to Friday and Sunday, and at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The focus of the project, an achievement of the São Paulo State Government and the Culture Secretariat, sponsored by Comgás and TMK and organized by Sagarana Public and Social Interest Communication Agency, is the expansion of unrestricted access to the seventh art: we want to promote inclusion and bring families together in the creative occupation of urban space, in a broadly inclusive way, “explains Suzana Vilhena, the agency’s director.

Among the titles are “Zootopia”, “Moana” and “Rio 1” for children and “O Bem Amado”, “The year my parents went on vacation”, “The Man of the Future”, ” “,” Pass Line “and” City of God “in the gala session, for adults.

The event will also feature educational theater before the first children’s session and short shows at the beginning of each title, and evening and evening food truck festival. There will be 200 seats available per session, but the Ayrton Senna Square space can be used by families, who can accompany the movies with cangas and towels spread out on the lawn. The space already has flat floor and sidewalk with ramp, which facilitates the access of wheelchairs and people with disabilities.

Open-air Cinema is held by the Government of the State of São Paulo, Secretary of Culture, sponsored by Comgás and TMK. The sessions will last up to 2 hours before short animated short films.
