MSC Cruises announced the launch of MSC MasterChef At Sea in collaboration with producers of the MasterChef cooking program. The new partnership will bring the brand to the company’s ships from the summer of 2017, where guests will have the opportunity to test the talent and skills in the kitchen competing with other travelers.

Participants aboard one of the owner’s transatlantic cruisers will compete in pairs to create a dish from a box of mysterious ingredients. The Executive Chef of MSC Cruises will evaluate the presentation, flavor and originality of the dish. Each cruise will have a winner, who will receive the MasterChef award on board. In addition, each of the winners will participate in an annual lottery to win prizes.

The first prize will be a dinner at the winner’s house or elsewhere prepared by one of the program’s stars, a collection of 50 exclusive MasterChef recipes, as well as the possibility to take part in casting for the TV show. The second will give you the chance to be part of the program’s audience, a dinner with three companions in one of the restaurants featured on the reality show and the collection of 50 recipes.
