GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes announces the summer season’s high season with 7,000 extra flights from December to February. This is equivalent to more than one million additional seats. Customers will have new routes and flight options available from 43 company destinations.
All extra flights are available for sale on the company’s website, VoeGOL Stores and travel agencies. Customers can choose the GOL + Comfort seats, available in the domestic, or in the international class GOL Premium.
Domestic Flights
The company reinforced its operations in 37 Brazilian airports, with a focus on the cities of the northeast region, for its beautiful beaches and paradisiacal places.
In addition to the extra flights, on existing routes, GOL has created 32 unpublished passages that aim to facilitate and expedite the journey, allowing passengers to travel to the final destination on direct flights without the need for connections or stopovers.
International Flights
In the international market, GOL included more than 800 flights to Argentina, Chile and the Caribbean. Among the highlights are three routes created exclusively for this season connecting, without stopovers or connections, the cities of Salvador (BA) and Santiago (CHI), Buenos Aires (ARG) and Navegantes (SC), as well as Rio de Janeiro and Mendoza (ARG) – important tourist point of the country and known for the high production of wines.
The company also starts the new direct stretch between Recife and Cordoba in this period, in addition to extending frequencies to Buenos Aires for three weekly flights, which will be regularly maintained after the high season.
