Brazil is confirmed at SeaWorld Orlando gastronomic festival

The Seven Seas Food Festival gastronomic festival returns to SeaWorld Orlando for another edition full of flavors and fun. Over 60 unique dishes, 70 handcrafted beers and 50 wine selections form a sea of flavors to visitors. The park will serve new gastronomic options, in addition to the dishes that were most successful in the last edition, such as the Brazilian kiosk. The festival takes place on Saturdays and Sundays between February 17 and April 15 and also has live shows.

Like all the food served at SeaWorld restaurants, every menu item on the festival reflects the park’s commitment to sustainability. In addition to the taste, visitors can enjoy dishes prepared with organic ingredients, produced in local farms and that cultivate seafood in a sustainable way.

The season in Brazil, one of the highlights since last year, will have barbecue, chicken salpicão, cheese bread, passion fruit mousse, frozen caipirinha and cachaça.

In addition to the main dishes of each season, there will also be seasonal options during the Seven Seas Food Festival. Between February 17 and March 25, the famous pork ribs will be served, as well as a barbecue of meat and chicken. New items will also be included in the festival’s menu as of March 31.

Visitors can choose the drink that best matches their dish on a menu with over 70 beers and 50 wine selections. Five new beer stations will be scattered throughout the park. The full event menu is available on the Seaworld website.
