As a reflection of its main offering – a luxurious lifestyle brand – this promising launch in South America will be an integrated blend of a hotel, residences and Nobu restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Combining an aspirational balance of business and lifestyle, Nobu Hospitality’s first South American property will be inaugurated in the Wall Street neighborhood of São Paulo.

The Nobu Hotel São Paulo will not only offer the most exquisite gastronomic offer directly in the guest rooms, but also present a rooftop bar and pool, event space, fitness and health center and 15,000 square meters of exclusive Nobu residences. This will be the second Nobu exclusive residences project, following the successful planning, launch and sales of Nobu Residences Toronto. Nobu Hotel São Paulo is being operated under a property agreement with Ester Endo, CEO and founder of Address Consulting and Associates, and Fabiano Barletta, business partner.
