Last Friday (28), the Brazilian Institute of Consumer Protection (Idec) participated in the National Blitz at the Airports. The operation takes place in 26 states and has the partition of the Consumer Protection Commissions of the Brazilian Bar Association, members of the Special Consumer Protection Commission (CEDC), the Public Prosecution Service and PROCONs.

Clarifications
Idec will operate at Guarulhos and Congonhas airports, in São Paulo, clarifying the main doubts of passengers regarding the new rules of air transport, provided for in Resolution 400/2016 of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
At the time, the Institute will still release the booklet “Paying for Luggage? Understand this and other rules for air transport, “which will be used as information material during the blitz.
The publication clarifies the issue of the franchises and others such as: limit fines, remarking of tickets, material assistance, loss of luggage and indemnities.

The Blitz
The Bliz Nacional in the Airports is an initiative of the Special Commission of Consumer Protection (CEDC), in continuation to the Campaign without Pricing.
