Olympia Aquatic Park hosts 1st country water coaster

The Thermas dos Laranjais water park, in Olímpia (SP), inaugurated the first “water coaster” in Brazil. With 370 meters in length, the toy reaches 20 meters high, the equivalent of a ten-story building.
This new attraction is a mix because in its shell technology is imported from North America, but in its essence, in its mechanization and structuring is the pure creativity and engineering of Jorge Noronha and all the team that have built this park ” , stressed the mayor of the city, Fernando Cunha.
The roller coaster consists of a series of curves, rises and falls at high speed and also includes the passage through tunnels. The entire route is made in modern two-passenger buoys that are propelled by the water that runs in the “rails”.
The attraction was developed by the park in partnership with the company Acquakita, of Mexico. Its inauguration was preceded by several tests carried out in the last two years.
