PL giving half-entry to tourist sites is under review

Bill that circulates in the Chamber of Deputies can guarantee students, people with special needs and young people from 15 to 29 years of age who are proven to lack the right to half-way into tourist spots and national parks. The proposal is made by Mr Rômulo Houveia (PSD-PB) and will be analyzed by the Tourism Committee.

If approved, the bill will expand law 12.933 / 13, which regulates half-entry in Brazil. Today, the discount is only valid for movie theaters, movie theaters, theaters, musical and circus shows, and educational, sports, leisure and entertainment events.

In addition to admission to the parks and tourist sites, the discount will also apply to the exclusive transportation of these attractions and sightseeing vehicles, if approved.

As it circulates conclusively, the proposal only needs to be approved by the Commissions of Tourism and Constitution and Justice before going to the presidential sanction.
