WTM Latin America will bring Speed Networking Sessions in the three-day event

WTM Latin America 2018 – the world’s leading event for the Latin American travel industry, will host five Speed ​​Networking sessions from April 3 to 5 during the 6th edition of the event, which will be hosted at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo .

With the objective of contributing to the generation of business and facilitating networking between exhibitors, buyers and digital influencers, the sessions, which will take place in the Networking Area and Corporate Travel Area, will give buyers the opportunity to know the main destinations and tourism companies present at the event in 5-minute meetings and for exhibitors to get to know the most contested digital influencers in Latin America.

The first day of the event, Tuesday (3), from 2 to 3 pm, will be held the first session between TMG (Travel Managers Group) corporate travel managers and exhibitors in the Corporate Travel Area. With tables marked with the name of the companies, the more than 25 corporate travel managers will receive the exhibitors in meetings of 5 minutes, for exchange of cards, business interest and future partnerships.

On the same day, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Embratur hosted buyers session will be held in the Networking Area and will exclusively feature Brazilian exhibitors and buyers selected by EMBRATUR.

On the second day of WTM Latin America, Wednesday (4), the first Speed ​​Networking session will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. in the Networking Area and will have up to 100 buyers, among them hosted buyers and WTM Buyers’ Club members prepared to receive all the exhibitors of WTM Latin America.

In the same space, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Digital Influencers ‘Speed ​​Networking will be held, which will have 30 digital influencers with the objective of promoting exhibitors’ destinations and products to their millions of followers. The session is yet another opportunity to bring digital influencers and exhibitors in touch in a dynamic, efficient and objective manner.

On the last day of the event, Thursday (5), the Speed ​​Networking meetings will be held in the morning, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., also in the Networking Area.

According to Thais Del Ben, Marketing Manager of WTM Latin America, “Speed ​​Networking sessions have an incredible receptivity. In 2013, when we launched WTM Latin America we organized a single session between hosted buyers and exhibitors, and today we will offer 5 sessions with buyers, managers and digital influencers. That’s great. ”

“The reason for the success of these sessions, as well as their efficiency and focus on results, is that they require a thorough organization, with buyers and influencers hand-picked and almost flawlessly executed,” adds Thais Del Ben.
