SeaWorld San Diego, California, will inaugurate Electric Eel in May this year, which will be the city’s highest and fastest roller coaster. The attraction cart will accommodate six people per vehicle and the train will consist of three parts. The testing phase will begin in April.

The eel-themed Electric Eel will feature several looping and twists, and can reach up to 60 miles per hour. The roller coaster is also capable of reaching 47 meters in height and will still have reversal of direction in some moments.

This radical attraction will also offer an inverted view of the Mission Bay region, one of the most beautiful areas of the city of San Diego. The attraction environment will also feature an interactive educational experience: Deep Discovery, a habitat with sea eels.
