The problems range from intestinal indisposition, fevers, to fractures and health problems caused by climatic impacts.

Second are the occurrences motivated by aid in the location of luggage, followed by compensation for delay or cancellation of flights, dental expenses and cancellation of travel.

In relation to the last survey of the company, there was a considerable increase in the problems related to flights, also fruit of the high demand of the season. “All the indicators reinforce how safe travel is important.
