Company announces flights between Dubai and Chile with stop in Sao Paulo

Emirates, the world’s best airline according to TripAdvisor 2017, announced yesterday that it will launch a new service five times a week from Dubai to Santiago International Airport (SCL), via Sao Paulo, Brazil, starting on 5 July 2018.

With the new service, Emirates will fly five more times a week to São Paulo, complementing the daily flight with the airline’s A380 between São Paulo and Dubai. The Emirates flight from Santiago will be a service bound by São Paulo, which means that customers from South America will now be able to travel between the two cities with unprecedented style and comfort. Citizens of Brazil and Chile only need an ID to travel to both countries.

Commenting on Emirates’ new route, Hubert Frach, senior vice president of Commercial Operations West of Emirates, said: “The start of our operations for Chile underscores our commitment to South America with our fourth destination on the continent and another five Chile is a very popular destination for Brazilian travelers and we are delighted to be able to offer our world-class services and products on this route. ”
