Carnival 2018: Airline maintains investment strategy in culture and confirms sponsorships for Brazilian cities

Following the series of investments in culture that it carries out all over the world, Air Europa, aerial division of the tourist group Globalia, has just confirmed three sponsorships for the Carnival 2018 in Brazil.
For the first time, the airline will have its brand present, through differentiated actions in the states of Bahia, São Paulo and Pernambuco, from where it operates and scheduled flights.

In São Paulo (SP), where it operates daily flights to Madrid since 2013, the airline made its debut as a sponsor of Bateria Furiosa, the School of Samba. The partnership was celebrated during an essay on the School’s square in the presence of Alessandra Feitosa, Account Executive.

In Salvador (BA), where she has been a partner for three years of one of the largest events in Brazil, she maintains her partnership with the city hall, promoting activation actions in the city.

In Recife (PR), the company began its operation in December. The investment will be in brand activation actions, with the guarantee of two weekly flights linking the oldest capital of Brazil to Europe. “We have a tradition of supporting culture around the world. In Brazil, we could not stop supporting the biggest street party on the planet. It is very special to carry this connection with the culture and support the Carnival in the three markets that we have operation. It is a privilege to show that encouraging culture is not discourse. It is in our DNA as a modern company. We remain firm in these and other projects linked to Brazilian culture, “says Enrique Martín-Ambrosio, Brazil’s director general.
