Company launches Stopover Program in Rome

Alitalia now offers a Stopover in Rome for up to three nights, before or after visiting any of the other 19 Italian cities or 54 cities from other countries included in the routes of the company.

This stop does not include any additional fares and is available for flights until December 31, 2018. In addition, thanks to the partnership with Rome airport and the Federalberghi Hotels Association, travelers can leave their luggage at the airport at no additional cost and take advantage of the services of the four-star Sheraton Parco de Medice hotel at discounted rates.

Check out some tips to make the most of your three-day stay in Rome:

– The famous Coliseum, located in the center of the city, is one of the most unforgettable points of the destination. Right next to it is the Arch of Constantine and the Palatine Hill, which can be admired on the same walk. The Capitol is another important point to know more about the history of the place, besides housing several museums, there is also located the beautiful Piazza del Campidoglio.
