Gastronomic event arrives in São Paulo with the best of Europe

On April 10, 11, 12 and 13, the Morumbi region hosts the Gourmet Season, an event that brings together fixed-price promotional menus and gastronomic experiences such as show classes, workshops and harmonizations in select restaurants at Shopping Jardim Sul. Gastronomic Experiences
Participants will be able to experience different experiences with renowned chefs in their favorite restaurants. There are options for workshops for adults and children ranging from traditional dishes to a dessert tour of the mall and tasting drinks.

Maremonti Trattoria & Pizza offers on April 10th, at 7:30 pm, the Aula Show Flavors of Italy with chef Pascal Valero, which will make guests experience and learn more about the incredible Italian gastronomy. Following, participants can enjoy a dinner with a menu prepared in 4 times carefully harmonized with 1 glass of Maremonti wine. After passing through the kitchens of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants in Montecarlo and Tailleveint, both with three stars in the Michelin guide, Frenchman Pascal Valero currently oversees and trains the teams of 18 restaurants and signs the Maremonti Trattoria & Pizza menu.

Already on April 11, at the same time, the restaurant promotes Workshop Hand at Massa Maremonti for Mini Pizzaiolos, aimed at children; on occasion, the little ones will have fun as real chefs, preparing their own pizza, with the right to round and open the dough in hand. After the experience as a chef, Mini Pizzaiolo and his companion will taste a Pizza Menu from the house.

Bullger will have two workshops to teach the public how to prepare a true American Hamburger. Both experiences take place on April 10, one at 3:30 p.m. and one at 7:30 p.m.

Another special option on the day is the Food Hunter – Guided tasting of wonderful sweets and desserts that takes place on April 11 at 7:30 p.m. The Shopping Tour will take the lovers of sweets to explore and taste the best desserts selected in the stores Amor a Pedaços, Mr.Cheney, Pati Piva and Lia Cozinha Criativa.

The Bear Bar will offer, on April 11 and 12, at 7:30 pm, guided tastings of Colorado beers with sausages, cured and smoked.

On April 12, the Eastern European Menu with Harmonization of Drinks, in the Creative Kitchen Lia, is a great request. The experience is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. On this day, it is still possible to take advantage of the mini cakes decoration workshop for children – Special Secrets of the World of Sweets with Pati Piva, at Pati Piva, at 4pm.
