When traveling on business try to have some fun

Those who think that business travelers are always stressed out, do not have time to take care of themselves or plan to slow down travel in 2018. According to a survey conducted by National Car Rental on business travel, 80% of travelers travel in time for leisure or personal activities, but do not feel comfortable to tell at work or at home.

38% feel that talking to the boss is not a good idea, 40% avoid commenting with their colleagues and 31% do not count for their spouses or partners. A quarter (25%) of respondents goes so far as to avoid publications on social networks about leisure time during travel. But such a secret may be unnecessary. The survey results show that almost all the bosses and supervisors interviewed (92%) support their employees in having fun during their business trips.

“Business travel may seem glamorous, but staying from airport to airport, dealing with a busy schedule of meetings, and sleeping out of the house can be very tiring and stressful over time,” said Rob Connors, Vice President of Marketing from National. “We are in the business to help frequent customers ease their stress by offering a fast and efficient rental service.” So we were positively astounded by the survey results, which show that not only frequent business travelers find ways to balance professional expectations with personal interests when traveling, but also that their bosses support such behavior. ”
