The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, the Heaven located at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta – all run by RCD Hotels – have received TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice award in the category of best all inclusive resorts in Mexico.
Traveler’s Choice has existed since 2002 and is the largest award led by TripAdvisor. The selection is based on travelers’ rating and presents the hotels that offer the best services, accommodation and quality.
TripAdvisor has the largest travel site in the world and brings together several hotels on the planet, counting on thousands of users who evaluate and give tips to enjoy the best of the trip.
The winners
Heaven is an adult-only space located within the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. The hotel includes 577 suites, 4 pools, several restaurants, Club Heaven, POSH Beauty Salon & Boutique®, Body Rock®, Spa (Rock Spa®) and a private beach ideal for diving or for those who simply want to bathe. The resort ranked eighth among the 25 of the select group.
The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun has 12 floors with 601 rooms, as well as restaurants, bars, swimming pools and all the differentiated structure that Hard Rock Hotel hotels offer. He ranked 15th in the TripAdvisor awards.
The Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta was selected in 18th place as the best all-inclusive hotel in Mexico. In 2017 he was awarded the EarthCheck Gold certificate, as it is an enterprise that conducts effective actions to reduce the environmental impact. It offers 348 oceanfront suites, special space for children and one for teens, as well as swimming pools and several dining options.
