For the first time in the history of the Universal Orlando Resort, visitors will be able to celebrate the pride of their Hogwarts homes in a new, breathtaking experience.

A state-of-the-art mapped projection, combined with special effects and lights, will envelop Hogwarts Castle in a dazzling spectacle that will celebrate Hogwarts’ four homes – Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.
Visitors will watch with fascination the iconic elements and spirits of every house that will come to life in the majestic castle – all programmed with amazing music based on the original songs of the Harry Potter films.

This will be the second map projection experience that the Orlando Universal Complex performs on The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. During the holiday season, Universal launched “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle”, which brought to life the incredible Christmas moments inspired by the Harry Potter series. Both of these experiments were also performed at Universal Studios Hollywood.

The “Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle” will make its official debut at Universal Orlando Resort on January 31st, Wednesday, and will take place on selected nights throughout the year – but visitors to the park can preview this new experience on days January 27 and 28, during “A Celebration of Harry Potter 2018”. The experience will happen continuously every night, starting at dusk.
