According to a report by British consultancy OAG, ten Brazilian airports are in the ranking of the most punctual in the world. The study evaluated more than 57 million trips in 2017. In the survey 20 terminals were selected in five categories: small, medium, large, very large and mega airports.

In Brazil, in the small airports category, offering 2.5 million to 5 million seats in flights, are classified Curitiba (14th), Recife (17th) and Porto Alegre (20th). In the middle are BH (4th), RJ-Santos Dumont (6th) and Viracopos (12th).

In the most punctual are Brasília (4th), Rj-Galeão (5th) and SP-Congonhas (8th). The only one of the very big category is the SP-GRU (11th). There is no airport in the mega category.
