In the initial phase of its new tariff model, Latam Brasil changed one of the conditions of the Light tariff. Now passengers in this class are allowed to do the flight redial.

Anyone wishing to change the pre-flight ticket will pay $ 150 for the change. The passenger who makes changes after the date of the trip will have a fee of R $ 200, in addition to the difference between the rates chosen, if any.

Latam debuted its new tariff profiles on June 24. “The change is part of the group’s new way of travel, which presents new services and products for the Brazilian domestic market, allowing customers to choose how to travel and pay only for what they want to acquire,” he said in a statement.

The fare class in question is one that charges for checked baggage of up to 23 kilos, as in the Promo category. Following the guidelines proposed by Anac, all passengers, regardless of the fare profiles purchased, can carry a carry-on luggage of up to ten kilos. The upper classes, where baggage is allowed at no additional cost, are Plus and Top, which also allow for free seat reservation.
