In addition to the Carpe Diem Boutique Spa BW Premier Collection, Incortel has two other projects in the fractional model in partnership with RCI in progress: a second also in the city of Campos do Jordão and another in Rio de Janeiro. The launch forecast is still for this year. In 2019 the group goes to the Northeast, with an initial focus on Bahia.
