Beverly Hills wins luxury hotel in the area after nine years

Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Calif., Has just won another luxury hotel: the Waldorf Astoria, the first to open in the area since 2008.

The complex has 12 floors and 170 apartments, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Of the incredible 24 different room types, the Villa Suites feature 150 square meters indoors, and offer individual terraces up to 100 square meters, as well as a view of the famous Hollywood sign. Above this model, in full size is only the presidential suite, about 300 square meters inside, and 135 square meters terrace.

Among the facilities, a spa developed by Swiss luxury brand La Prairie, a concierge designated for each guest upon arrival at the hotel and four restaurants, one of them in the outdoor area.
