Neoclassica will be sold in March 2018

Costa Cruises announced that it will sell the Costa Neoclassica in March 2018, without divulging the name of the buyer. The vessel will cease to be part of the fleet as of March 10, 2018, when it finishes scheduling of cruises between India and the Maldives.

From June, the Costa Neoriviera will replace the Neoclassica in its itineraries, making one-week cruises in the Greek Islands, with departures from Bari. The Italian company informs that passengers with reservations on both vessels will be notified and protected.

On March 30, Costa Victoria will return from China, where it is since 2012, to make itineraries in Europe. Before resuming navigation in the Mediterranean, the ship will undergo dry dock renovations at the Chantier Naval de Marseille, France.

The transatlantic will make cruises in the Balearic Islands, Spain, initially planned for the ship Costa Neoriviera, with stops in Savona, Olbia, Minorca, Ibiza, Majorca and Tarragona. Undergoing a process of renewal, Costa will receive four new ships from 2019, two for Europe and two for Asia.
