The International Tourism Fair of the Amazon (FITA), in Belém, Pará, will start this Thursday (21). The event, which takes place in the Hangar – Convention and Fair Center of the Amazon, has a series of actions in the program: 35 seminars, lectures, round tables, forums, conventions, technological clinics, show cooking, commercialization of the Pará Passport, products from the gastronomy of Pará, successful cases and exhibitions. The schedule goes until next Sunday (24).

FITA is an initiative and promotion of the Government of Pará, through the Secretary of State for Tourism (Setur), with the creation of the Federation of Commercial and Business Associations of Pará (Faciapa). Oca do Conhecimento, the technical-scientific part will be from 08h to 18h (from Thursday to Saturday), while the exhibition pavilion of the fair will run from 17h to 22h every day. The expectation of public in the four days of the fair is estimated at 30 thousand people, between visitors and professionals.
