In July, GRU Airport – São Paulo International Airport – recorded a record volume of passengers who have entered or exited the country, with more than 1.3 million passengers transported. The last record was in January 2015, with 1,295 million.

This is the fifth consecutive month of growth in the international segment. The destinations that most moved passengers were Buenos Aires (12.3%), Santiago (8.5%), Miami (6.7%), Madrid (4.5%), Paris (4.4) and Bogota 4.1%).

The number of passengers transported, national and international, by the end of July, was 21 million people.
