With the objective of improving the tourist reception system in the municipality of Saubara, the Secretariat of Tourism of Bahia (Setur) will hold courses on Conceptual Concepts in Tourism and Quality of Tourist Assistance. The program aims to promote the sector, with the innovation of products and services.

In the morning, the theme was Conceptual Notions in Tourism; In the afternoon, the focus will be the Quality of the Tourist Service.

Initiative

Targeted to the employees of the local tourist trade, the courses are done all day at the Marco Antônio do Carmo College. Each course is 4 hours long.

Setur carries out tourism education actions in municipalities in the 13 tourist areas of Bahia through the Proquali Setur program. In Saubara, municipality 108 kilometers from Salvador, the initiative has support from the Municipal Secretariat of Tourism and Environment.
