In the heart of the Gardens, the Piselli offers “I Classici Italiani”, the classics of Italy, with options of dishes such as Linguini al pesto Genovese – Basil Pesto, Gnocchi Napoletano – Potato Gnocchi with beef ragu, tomatoes and herbs. Spaghetti alla puttanesca – Aliche, capers, black olives in spicy tomato sauce. Penne all’arrabiata classic – Fresh tomato sauce and calabrian pepper. Risotto Piselli – Risotto with fresh peas and Pecorino Romano cheese. Pesce del Giorno – Grilled fish with orange and grape sauce and baked vegetables. Pollo al limone – Fillet of thigh and on thigh of chicken roasted in the wood oven, with lemon sauce and risone to the pesto. Scaloppine with pure di Timo – Scallops with grilled filet mignon with marsala wine sauce and thyme mashed potatoes. Lasagna alla vicentina – Cod lasagna, white sauce and broccoli. Plus a dessert of the day.

The Timo restaurant, located on the rooftop of the Pamplona Shopping Garden, offers, from Monday to Friday, complete meals with entry (green salad), main course (five options in the menu) and dessert. For main dish, the house offers Mozzarella Ravioli, Papardelle with Ragu, Pollo with Rustic Potato, Fish of the day with vegetables and Roasted meat with gnocchi. And to finish, every day there is an ice cream prepared handcrafted in the house as dessert.

No el Carbón, which is also on the rooftop of the Pamplona Shopping Garden and has high Mediterranean gastronomy, there is artisan bread with tomato on the charcoal as entrance for all options. For the main dish there are the following options: Picadinho Carbón, filé with brown rice, beans, farofa and egg pochet; or thigh and chicken overcooked in charcoal with brown rice and vegetables or fish in charcoal with mashed potatoes and farofa of banana. All this finished with the ice creams of the day.

All venues are great options for going to two, as a group, as a family, as well as for meetings and business lunches.
